Special Collaborative Dinner With Edinburgh Food Studio

Back in April we hosted an exclusive two-night collaborative dinner up in Scotland the lovely Ben Reade and Sashana Souza Zanella  of Edinburgh Food Studio - old friends who are shining a light on Scotland’s incredible food and drink history, and the incredible array of produce available. 

Guests and friends tucked into a co-created menu by Cub and EFS of seven dishes and seven drinks utilising ingredients sourced from across Scotland, alongside Polish produce in honour of the Polish rye used in the distillation of Belvedere Vodka, our long-term collaborators.
