We’re very excited to announce that renowned chef Nurdin Topham will be on the pans at Cub for a very special four-day takeover from Wednesday 15th May - Saturday 18th May, powered by our pals at Bruichladdich and The Botanist.

With a strong focus on the intersection of diet and deliciousness, Nur swiftly earned a star in HK at his namesake restaurant⁣. Previously personal Development Chef to Raymond Blanc and head of The Raymond Blanc Cookery School, Nur has since spent time at the Nordic Food Lab (NOMA), Copenhagen, exploring the tastiness of foods, with a focus on natural fermentation, and is soon to open a private kitchen in East London.

We’re honoured to have Nur in the house, serving up a one-off set menu, served up alongside tasty Bruichladdich and The Botanist cocktails.
